Please explain your color choice and design such as:  clear, solid color, color panels with pinlines around panels, and any other comments you may have.

When we receive your request we will email you with a price quote.  Upon ordering we will email your invoice and ask you to remit a check or send you an invoice for payment through Pay Pal  (which you may pay by credit card or Pay Pal)  for half of the invoice as a deposit to start your board.  We will notify you when the board is near completion so you may remit the balance due before delivery.   California Sales Tax will be applied.

If your board is to be shipped:  All Sales are Final upon shipping.  Boards will be shipped COD for all shipping charges and will be insured for full value.  You will be responsible for settling with the insurance company for any damages that may occur during shipping. 

OR, you may pick up your board upon completion. 

We do not ship Balsa Boards.

How our boards are made:

Dale set up the procedure for making his boards years ago for his retirement.  All of his designs and models have been programmed for the shaping machine.  When you order a board the blank will be cut to his exact specifications.  He shaped all the plugs himself for these programs.  After the blank is cut it is sent to the glass shop for a finish sanding and the glassing of the board.  We are still using the two glass shops Dale picked many years ago.  Waterman's Guild and Waterlines. 

There are no ghost shapers and no guessing on the designs.  They are Dale's.
